If a product is out of stock the customer will be contacted with an alternative product or offer of a refund.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours for in-stock merchandise purchased from Monday to Friday. Orders made on the Weekends or Public Holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Shipping will be free for all orders over $20. For orders less than $20, a flat rate of $10.90 will be charged.

All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post.
